Carles Gasòliba, Full Academician of the Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF), has been named this afternoon member of the Council of the Jean Monnet Foundation for Europe, chaired by José María Gil-Robles. Gasòliba chairs the Barcelona Centre for Internationals Affairs (CIDOB) and was MEP for 17 years.
Antonio Sainz Fuertes, Corresponding Academician to Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF), died yesterday in Madrid at 71. Doctor of Economics and Business and Physical Sciences, Sainz Fuertes was currently the Director of the Department of Business at the University San Pablo CEU in Madrid.
