Governing Board

The Governing Board is the body that is the rector of the life of the Academy, under the direction of the President and the efficient aid of the Secretary. Both are the central institutional figures to the life of the Corporation, since the Secretary exercises the functions entrusted to the Director in other Academies. Also, the Vice-President, Vice-Secretary, Controller, Librarian, Treasurer and Auditor form the Governing Board; as well as the presidents of the sections of this  Corporation. The offices are for three-year periods and re-election is possible.
