Mugur Isarescu and Jaime Gil Aluja

Mugur Isarescu, Corresponding Academician to Romania of the Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF), was appointed honorary doctor yesterday by Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in the Transylvania region of Romania. The institution also hosted an international event that inaugurated the President of the RACEF, Jaime Gil Aluja.

Former Prime Minister of Romania and former Governor of the National Bank of Romania, Isarescu was one of the most important protagonists of the international conference "Post-Crisis Economy. Challenges and Opportunities".
