Jaime Gil Aluja y Lorenzo Gascón, President and Vice Presidente, respectively, of Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF) reflected on a Europe economically prosperous and socially equitable under the XII International Seminar Penser l'Europe, co-organized by the RACEF, held in Bucharest on weekend.

Gil Aluja, who participated in the Scientific Committee of the Seminar, read the paper "La formation de l'homme économique européen" and served as moderator of the panel discussions. Gascón, meanwhile, spoke with the paper "Avec ethique".

Beside the RACEF, participate in the organization of Penser l'Europe the Fondation Nacionale pour la Science el l'Art, the Academia Română, the Institut de France, the Institut Français de Relations Internationales ann the Académie Royale de Langue et de Littérature Françaises de Belgique.
