The Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF) will publish the analysis and proposals that made the Nobel economist Joseph Stiglitz to reactivate the European Union economy in his speech in Barcelona as United States Corresponding Academician, last December. The edition, not for sale, has been reviewed by Stiglitz this May.
