The Sociedad Mexicana de Inteligencia Artificial has recognized the path of Janusz Kacprzyk, Corresponding Member of the Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF), and has appointed Permanent Honorary Member for his contribution to the development of this discipline.
Specialist in the development of artificial intelligence systems, Kacprzyk has developed projects for Microsoft. He is a member of the European Coordinating Committee for Artificial Intelligence and the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
