The well known Catalan hair stylist Josep Pons  this afternoon, awarded the president of the Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF), Jaime Gil Aluja for his long career of service to Catalan society at a Gala held for his silver anniversary in the profession. Also recognised along with Gil Aluja were the Mayor of the City of Barcelona, Xavier Trias, the spokesman for the Municipal Group of the PP at the Barcelona City council, Alberto Fernández Díaz, reporters Joan Vehils, Xavi Torres and Josep Sandoval, ex football player and sports reporter Pichi Alonso and several other figures from the fields of culture and entertainment.
