The President of the Royal Academy of Economics and Financial Sciences of Spain (RACEF), Jaime Gil Aluja, presented the Medal of Honor of the Royal Corporation to H.M King Abdullah II of Jordan at a private act held this morning at the Royal Palace in Amman. Gil Aluja is heading the delegation of the RACEF, wich has held a Solemn Academic Act in Amman jointly with the Royal Scientific Society of Jordan under the subject heading of "The meeting of nations through culture and science".

At this meeting, presided over by H.R.H Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, President of the Royal Scientific Society of Jordan, the Spanish and Jordanian delegations two social and cultural spheres of international relations: "Education as a basis for understanding among peoples" and "Migration and the meeting of cultures". During the solemn session the following participated: the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan, Walid Maani; Ambassador Hasan Abu Nimah, Advisor of Prince Hassan bin Talal; the Spanish Ambassador of Spain in Amman, Javier Sangro Liniers, and a large representative group of the RACEF.
