His Excellency Dr. Jaime Gil Aluja President of the Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras (Racef) was invested with his twenty third “Honoris Causa” Doctorate by the State University of Byelorussia in Minsk at a Solemn Session presided over by His Excellency Dr. Sergey V. Ablameyko, Rector of the University.

In his acceptance speech “the Challenge of sustainable social progress”, Gil Aluja underlined the need for a new social doctrine in the development of the global economy. Likewise, the President of the Racef mentioned the figure of the professor and Foreign Member of the Racef for Byelorussia His Excellency Dr. Viktor Krasnoproshin, with whom Gil Aluja has carried out part of his research work.
