The Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras of Spain (RACEF) has dedicated his International Act to discuss the future of science, culture and sport. The academic session, multidisciplinary, was held at the Palau Macaya of Barcelona.

Have Intervened in the Act the Corresponding Academicians Alessandro Bianchi, former Minister de Transport of Italy; Mohamed Laichoubi, former Minister and Ambasador of Algeria, and Korkmaz Imanov, Director of Cybernetics Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, also tehe Chairman of  National Foundation for the Sciences and Arts of Romania, Eugen Simion; the Vice President of Romanian Academy, Maya Simionescu, and professors Iurii Kondratenko (State University Petro Mohyla of the Black Sea), Carlo Morabito (University of Reggio Calabria) and Radivoje Konstantinovic (University of Belgrade).
