Speakers at the Analytical Seminar on the current casuistry of the insolvency law which was held between the 4^th and the 6^th of June at the Real Academia de Ciencias Económicas y Financieras (RACEF) discussed at length on the legal relations affected by the non compliance of financial obligations based on the insolvency reform in force by reason of Royal Decree 3/2009 and, taking into account the increase in the number of insolvency cases, the lack of means and legal chaos that the abuse of the means has a negative incidence in the business world.

Standing out among others were the participations of Pintó Ruiz, Usón Duch and Gómez Martín as well as that of legal expert in Insolvency Law Sastre Papiol who laid special emphasis on the searing criticism of the opportunistic reform, on stating that “the undisputed beneficiaries were public credit and the Salary Guarantee Fund”. The RACEF will include the outstanding contributions from the speakers in a book.
