The newly elected member spoke on the subject of “Virtual business within the framework of the society of information”. Current economic order is the result of the globalization of the economy and he emphasizes the fact that the nucleus of the same has been defined as the digital economy or as the society of information, or economy of knowledge and also as the expression of virtual economy. He sketched out the contrast between traditional business and virtual business, and within this new concept of business, he emphasized the growing importance of the intellectual capital of the same.
